Dear JavaScript Engineers, I’m starting an Educational Open Source CLI Project with Node, TypeScript, oclif, and Git technologies

I want to make it in a series of online meetings where we are going to discuss technologies, ideas, prioritise the backlog. Basically, close to scrum way with planning sprints and so on.

The upcoming Sunday I want to make the first online youtube session — https://youtu.be/anaKWJLBLf8 to introduce and decompose the project, discuss a few agreements and start working on it.

The only thing, I don’t have much experience with managing projects, so I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions, help and reposts.
